We understand this process can be stressful and overwhelming. Don’t worry S&H Estate Sales will make the process simple and easy. We will handle everything. During the initial visit, after we have answered all your questions and concerns, we will enter into a signed agreement. At that time, we will exchange keys and any necessary information concerning the home and the contents.
We provide everything necessary to display and highlight your items. Similar to a retail store, price tags/labels will be attached to everything that is offered for sale. S&H will appraise each item that will be sold in the sale. S&H will advertise your sale. After everything is set up and ready, our team will conduct a three day sale. At the end of the sale, we will clean all countertops, sweep or vacuum floors, and have trash removed. All unsold items will either be left, removed, or donated depending on the agreement.
